Will Madonna Face Lawsuit Over "Give Me All Your Luvin'" ??

Madonna may face a lawsuit over her latest single "Give Me All Your Luvin'".

Brazilian singer Joao Brasil claims that the track's chorus contains elements from his song 'L.O.V.E. Banana'.

Brasil's record company are thinking of a possible lawsuit over the track, however Brasil himself has revealed he would rather not face off against the singer.

"I still don't understand what happened. I'm a huge fan of hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better. She is always at the cutting edge of music, so it's a good sign about what I do," he told Brazilian newspaper Folha da Sao Pauolo.

"It's in [the record label's] hands, they're looking at how to proceed and what they can do. But personally I don't want to do anything. The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna."

Well, I heard the song. It's obvious there is a huge similarity between Madonna's song and Joao Brasil on the track's chorus. Madonna will laugh so hard if she ever faces a lawsuit by this Brazilian singer. The "L.O.V.E Banana" song is unbeleivably ridiculous. The video clip is inexcusable. Even Rebecca Black seems a genius when you watch this video clip...Where is QUALITY?

  1. Madonna would never copy someone else's song or do something what's done already!

  2. There is a similarity ONLY on the chorus but I strongly beleive that this is COINCIDENCE! This song is ridiculous. I couldn't even say that this is funny. Why on earth some people produce songs that underestimates us? Do they think that we are so dumb to buy everything they sell us? As for Madonna copying...well...I am a huge Madonna fan but...Do you know the inspiration behind "Vogue"??Watch the amazing underground movie "Paris is burning" by Jennie Livingston and you will understand what I mean. If you still disagree, there is also Wikipedia that confirms what I am saying!
