Justin Bieber's Apology To Angry Fans

It seems that Justin Bieber has a hard time in London. The reason?

Well, Justin whose 19th birthday party in the city was a bust, pissed off fans after he arrived late to his concert at the O2 arena on Monday night.

According to
the BBC, Bieber was supposed to perform at 8:30 p.m., but didn't walk out until 10:30 p.m.

The outlet reports that a number of kids in the crowd began crying when Justin continued not to appear, while parents became upset.

Justin took to Twitter after the show to apologize for his delay, but claimed he was not as late as it had been reported.

To be more exact, Justin wrote on twitter: "last night i was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go on stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues i got on at 10:10."

"I was 40 min late to stage. there is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset. However it was great show and Im proud of that," Bieber tweeted.

Bieber added: "Im all about the music and the performance and i respect my fans. i never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. and Im not okay with things being exaggerated. once again sorry for anyone upset."

It has to be mentioned that Justin Bieber is scheduled to perform at the O2 again on Tuesday night.

The question is: "Is there an excuse for Justin's apology? Would you accept Bieber's explanation to his fans or not?
