Demi Lovato Topless: Album Cover Revealed

Demi Lovato, 20, is continuing to offer fans teases of her upcoming album.


On Saturday, Lovato tweeted: "I spy..." with a link to her official website.

Once there, fans could "scratch off" the white background to reveal what is purportedly the album's cover art.

In the photo, Lovato is seemingly topless and covered in glitter body paint.

It has to be mentioned that the album, featuring the single "Heart Attack" and reportedly due in May, will be Lovato's fourth.
