Hunter Tylo Surgery

American actress and former model Hunter Tylo (real name: Deborah Jo Hunter) best known for portraying Dr. Taylor Hayes on "The Bold and the Beautiful", was rumored to have had excessive surgery to turn back the hands of time.

In fact, Tylo, 50, is definitely among the candidates of plastic surgery disasters in Hollywood. When she rose to fame, Hunter had undeniably a striking appearance which made people turn their heads on her, but now she is barely recognizable after her dramatic transformation…

In detail, Tylo is rumored to have had a boob job, facelift, nose job, botox injections, Restylane lip implants and cheek implants. She is said to have worn fake colored contacts to change her eye color.

Judging by the before and after pictures, the shape of her nose has changed, her lips became much bigger, swollen and unnatural - an indication of many lip filler injections, her breasts seem disproportionally big compared to her overall small body figure - a sign of few breast enlargement surgeries, her skin is unnaturally smooth and her smile is frozen - an indication of botox injections.

Needless to say that many celebrity watchers and critics joked about Tylo's appearance, calling her lips "fish lips" as she had her top lip swollen when she returned to "The Bold and The Beautiful" in 2005.

The question is: "What plastic surgeon experts believe about Hunter Tylo's surgery?"

Manhattan plastic surgeon, Dr David Shafer claimed: "Hunter Tylo's lips look a little over filled to me, but otherwise, she looks great."

Dr Sherrell J Aston as quoted as saying: "In my opinion Hunter Tylo has an overdone surgical appearance. Her lips look very unnatural, her eyes are too taut and cheekbones asymmetrical. I would recommend that she not have any further plastic surgery at this time."

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn explained: "Hunter Tylo appears to have had some Bold plastic surgery, but has it made her less Beautiful? Her lips look like they've been inflated to massive proportions, possibly from excessive injections of fat."

"Her cheeks also appear overly plumped, possibly from fat injections as well. Her face is excessively smooth, too smooth to be natural, in my opinion. I suspect that she's undergone hefty doses of Botox to look this way. Botox may also explain the change in her eyebrows," Dr. Youn continued.

"If I could give her one piece of advice, it'd be to leave her face alone for a while," Dr. Youn advised, adding: "She's such a natural beauty. She doesn't need any plastic surgery."

Just in case you wonder what Hunter Tylo responded to plastic surgery rumors, she replied in an interview with Soap Opera Digest in 2006: "The best thing to do is naturally take care of yourself by being healthy. That's the most important thing you can do. I know people do it (plastic surgery); it's part of our business and women have the right to do it if they want to." When asked if she has had it, Hunter responded: "I'm not going to answer that! Let me ask you a personal question: What's your shoe size?! I'm sorry. That was not nice".

In July 2007, Hunter stated: "I have not had plastic surgery. I have taken great care of myself over the years and work out hard to keep my body in shape. I advise deep chemical peels for women (and men) who want to resurface and tighten their skin, plus it keeps it healthy and free of dead layers that suffocate the skin. I like lasers for sunspots and acne scars. I also think lasers for hair removal and leg veins are miraculous inventions that women and men have every right to do!"

Conclusion: It is more than obvious that Hunter Tylo had surgery and in fact it is a plastic surgery gone wrong.

What do you think of Hunter Tylo's surgery?
