Chris Brown Trial Revoked

Chris Brown's trial has been cancelled in the wake of his October brawl with a male in Washington, D.C..


The judge in Brown's battery case against Rihanna, 25, felt that the criminal complaint in D.C. reveals that he is not obeying all laws, which he must do while on probation.

Brown, 24, was not imprisoned because the judge considered he is making progress with his anger management rehab.


A hearing is scheduled for February and the judge could throw him in jail then.


The judge also ordered Brown to stop using medical weed.
