Jordana Brewster On Paul Walker's Death: "He Was An Enormous Presence In My Life"

Jordana Brewster calls Paul Walker's tragic death "heartbreaking" in her first full statement.

Brewster, 33, portrayed Walker's love interest - and finally wife - in the "Fast and Furious" series since its inception, leading to a strong connection that went beyond acting for the cameras.

"Paul was an enormous presence in my life for the past fourteen years. While many would be satisfied with material success it made Paul more convinced of the need to help others. He never spoke of his immense generosity or philanthropic endeavors unless I prodded, however. This is what made Paul, Paul," Brewster was quoted as saying.

"He lived with integrity, humanity and humility and seemed most happy when talking about his daughter, Meadow," Brewster went on, adding: "I don't know anyone who lived each moment more fully and loved life more than Paul; making his loss all the more heartbreaking."

Just in case you have missed it, Brewster took to twitter in the hours following Walker's fatal car accident to express her grief at the tragedy.

Hours later, the couple's co-star, Tyrese Gibson, was overcome with emotion as he visited the crash site.
