Leighton Meester To Make Broadway Debut In "Of Mice and Men" With James Franco

Leighton Meester will make her Broadway debut in "Of Mice and Men" this spring.


Meester, 27, teams up with James Franco, 35 and Chris O'Dowd, 34, previously announced as legendary lead characters George Milton and Lennie Small.

Meester will play Curley's wife, whose interaction with mentally retarded giant Lennie leads to tragedy.

The play is based on John Steinbeck's Depression-era novella.

Previews kick off in March, with an official opening set for April 16.
