Demi Lovato "Neon Lights" Tour Teaser (VIDEO)

Demi Lovato's Neon Lights tour starts next week and she offered fans a new teaser video.

Just in case you have missed it, longtime pal Nick Jonas will serve as the tour's creative and musical director.

The concerts begin in Vancouver on February 9.
