Heidi Klum and 27-year-old Vito Schnabel passionately kissed on the dance floor at a Hollywood club over the weekend.  





In recent weeks, tabloids have wrongly reported that Klum, 40, and her estranged husband Seal are dating again after her separation from Martin Kristen.

It appears that Heidi has moved on, but with a much younger man.
