Jay Z And Solange Video Leaker Fired From Standard Hotel (Statement)

The individual responsible for leaking the surveillance footage of Solange Knowles hitting Jay Z in an elevator got fired from The Standard Hotel.


In a statement released on Wednesday, the hotel confirmed the unnamed employee was let go for "breaching the security polices of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video."

In addition, the company promises to give "all available information to criminal authorities," paving the way for potential prosecution.





Just in case you have missed it, the leaked surveillance video shows Beyonce's younger sister attacking Jay Z after the Met Gala.

While the reason for the assault remains unclear, Beyonce has since shown solidarity with both Solange and Jay Z, with them also reportedly going shopping together on Tuesday.
