Beyonce MTV VMAs 2014 Preparation Video

Beyonce shared an impressive throwback video to the preparation leading into her absolutely perfect 2014 MTV VMAs performance last month.  



"Flashback Friday! A behind the scenes look at the days leading up to the 2014 MTV VMAs." Beyonce, 33, captioned the clip on her facebook page.

In the footage, you can watch the hard work that went into performing at the big event. At the end of it, we also evidence the payoff, including the performer celebrating with her husband Jay Z and her daughter Blue Ivy.
