Melissa Rivers Responds To Mother Joan Rivers' Cause Of Death

Melissa Rivers took to twitter after her mother Joan Rivers' cause of death was revealed.

"In response to NYC's Medical examiner's report, we continue to be saddened by our tragic loss. No further comment at this time," Rivers, 46, tweeted.

Earlier in the day, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner issued a statement, confirming "the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy."
