Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson On Lady Gaga: "She's Way Better Than Madonna" (VIDEO)

It is well known that Lady Gaga is a huge metal fan, especially of Iron Maiden

Not only Iron Maiden's lead singer Bruce Dickinson likes Gaga, 29, but he thinks she is way better than the Queen of Pop.

"I think she's great, and I agree with her: she's not the next Madonna," Dickinson, 57, revealed to Corus Radio in a September 23 interview, noting: "She's way better than that."

Bruce also praised her vocal and instrumental skills.

"First of all, she can sing - she's got a belter of a voice - (and) she's a really good instrumentalist. And she's got a great sense of drama. And anybody that could turn up to an awards ceremony dressed as a bacon sandwich gets my vote. I mean, she's great," he claimed.

Check out the video below…

As for that Madonna comparison, the Iron Maiden frontman was possibly referring to a recent Gaga interview with CR Fashion Book.

"I always used to say to people, when they would say: "Oh, she's the next Madonna." No, I'm the next Iron Maiden," Gaga was quoted as saying, adding: "Those guys were filling stadiums, and they still are. And it's because of the culture of the music, the poetry that's so powerful, that whenever the fans come together, they unite in the essence of what Iron Maiden is all about.”

Ariana Grande Befriended Madonna Over Kabbalah

According to, Ariana Grande became friends with Madonna over Kabbalah and is inspired by her "fearless" attitude.

Grande, 22, befriended the Queen of Pop because of their mutual interest in the religion.

In case you hear "Kabbalah" for the first time, it is a popular faith - an offspring of Judaism and is followed by many Hollywood A-list stars.

""I practice Kabbalah as well", so that was one of the first things she mentioned, because I had my Zohar in my pocket," Ariana revealed to V magazine.

"And we danced together at her Oscar party. That's all I can ever ask for. She inspires me endlessly. I'm so inspired by her fearlessness. She was like: "This is me and if you don't like it, then go." That's so cool, you know?" the singer added.

Madonna And Lady Gaga Sing Edith Piaf's "La Vie En Rose": Coincidence ? (VIDEOS)

Madonna paid tribute to Lady Gaga during her "MDNA Tour" back in 2012 with a mashup of "Born This Way" and her own "Express Yourself"

On the pop icon's "Rebel Heart Tour", which rolled through Madison Square Garden with a huge success, Madonna, 57, paid homage to another track related to Gaga: Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose," calling it "one of the greatest love songs ever written."

That's the same all time classic French song Gaga, 29, belted out a few times in 2015 (before the "Rebel Heart Tour" began), including during her knockout Atlantic City concert with legendary singer Tony Bennett.

The strange thing, however, is that both artists are covering "La Vie en Rose" on tours in 2015.

Do you think it's a coincidence? Who performed "La Vie en Rose" better?

Be like Rita Ora and Sia. Be like Madonna." I cannot be like them - except to the extent that they are already being like me," the controversial artist explained.

Madonna Stuns In Her "Rebel Heart Tour" Debut

Madonna began her "Rebel Heart Tour" on Wednesday at the Bell Center in Montreal and she looked absolutely gorgeous.

Not only Madonna, 57, wowed the audience with her once again amazing performance but also with the number of her haute-couture costume changes.

The Queen of Pop rocked looks created by Jeremy Scott for Moschino and Alessandro Michele for Gucci and as well as outfit ensembles from Alexander Wang and Fausto Puglisi's eponymous lines.

According to WWD, who talked in detail with the pop veteran's costume designer Arianne Phillips, she also modeled designs from featured Miu Miu, Swarovski and Prada on the stage.

With each creation, it's really important that the costume will boost Madonna's performance and not inhibit it. If urged to select between fashion and function, she would choose the latter.

"For her, the performance comes first," Wang revealed to WWD, adding: "She has to be able to dance and move and feel comfortable in it."

Phillips, the stylist for her "Rebel Heart tour", agreed, noting: "(Madonna) doesn't really finalize any of the designs until 100 percent of the choreography is set...It's a real back-and-forth conversation and it's a brutal process for most fashion designers. You're hanging in the balance while all the practical aspects are worked out, like the choreography and the quick-changes."

The end result definitely looks awesome!
