Gabrielle Union: "I'm On Porn Diet" (VIDEO)

Gabrielle Union revealed to host Conan O'Brien that her inspiration at the gym happens to be adult film stars, on whom she watches to pick up workout and eating tips! She claims she spies what kinds of exercises they do, then she begins competing with them - secretly. She also follows them to the gym's juice bar to learn what they are ordering.


Union, 41, called her exercise and diet regimen "The Porn Diet."

When O'Brien, 50, asked whether she observes them exercise near her, like on the Stairmaster, Union jokingly responded: "Yep, and I'll be on the next one going: "You're not getting off before me!"

"I'll watch and see what they're ordering," Gabrielle explained, adding that they seem to adhere to a vegan diet based on what they choose.

Judging by Union's fabulous physique, her strategy apparently works!
