Singer Leslie Carter, Nick and Aaron Carter's Sister, Dead At 25 !

A rep for Carter stated, "Nick Carter is thankful to the many people and the fans who have shared their wishes and prayers during this tragic time. We want to let the fans know the tour will go on as promised."

Nick Carter also added, "Performing is cathartic to me and I am dedicating the rest of my tour to my sister since she loved to watch me perform."

Leslie Carter, sister to Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and singer Aaron Carter, died Tuesday in upstate New York.

"Our family is grieving right now and it's a private matter," a spokesperson family told Access Hollywood. "We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter, and granddaughter, Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time."

Following in the footsteps of her famous siblings, Leslie was an aspiring singer and her single "Like Wow!" was even included on the soundtrack of the movie "Shrek" in 2011. Nick's younger sister also appeared on the family's 2006 reality show, "House of Carters."

Leslie, whose cause of death is unknown at this time, leaves behind her four siblings as well as a husband, Mike, and nearly one-year-old daughter, Alyssa Jane.
