Olivia Palermo and Johannes Huebl are engaged!

Palermo and Huebl have been vacationing in St. Barts and on Wednesday Huebl posted an Instagram video announcement of their news.

"Happy New Year to everybody and this is how we celebrate it: OP said YES," Huebl wrote, accompanied by a video in which Palermo, 27, is spotted flaunting her engagement ring.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
