Human Barbie Valeria Lukyanova: "I Want To Live Off Light And Air Alone"

Ukranian model Valeria Lukyanova, best known as the "human Barbie",  has made the shocking revelation she doesn't eat food or drink water anymore.

Some have insisted she uses plastic surgery and photo editing to create her doll-like appearance, but her unbelievably tiny waist could actually be down to not consuming food for weeks.

Lukyanova, 23, has claimed she is now converting to "Breatharianism" - training herself to live off only light and air.

"In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all; I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone,"  Lukyanova was quoted as saying.



Lukyanova's new vice, Breatharianism, is a cult that believes food - and possibly water - are unnecessary.

According to the International Business Times, a breatharian is said to be someone who never eats or drinks as they can survive on "cosmic micro-food."



Needless to say that the practice is dangerous and is criticised as potentially lethal pseudoscience.
