Kesha Makes First Post-Rehab Appearance At Humane Society 60th Anniversary Gala (PHOTOS)

Kesha hit the red carpet since doing her stint in rehab at the Humane Society of the United States' 60th Anniversary Gala on Saturday.  




Kesha, 27, attended the Beverly Hills event alongside many other celebrities, including Kate Mara, Paul Wesley and Ian Harding of "Pretty Little Liars."
