"X-Men" Director Bryan Singer Accused Of Sexually Abusing Teenage Boy

According to Variety, "X-Men" director Bryan Singer has been blamed for sexually assaulting a teenage boy named Michael Egan in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday (April 16) in Hawaii.

Singer, 48, is accused of vigorously sodomizing Michael when he was 17 at a home in Encino.

Michael's attorney Jeff Herman revealed that Bryan offered the boy drugs and alcohol and flew him to Hawaii more than once in 1999.

"Hollywood has a problem with the sexual exploitation of children," Jeff said in a statement, noting: "This is the first of many cases I will be filing to give these victims a voice and to expose the issue."

Michael is looking for an unspecified amount in damages for the sexual abuse he allegedly suffered.
