Emma Stone To Join "Cabaret" On Broadway

According to a spokesperson for the show, Emma Stone is now negotiating to join the cast of the iconic musical "Cabaret" on Broadway.

"I can confirm that Emma Stone is in negotiations to make her Broadway debut as "Sally Bowles" in Cabaret on Broadway at Roundabout Theatre Company," the rep stated.

Stone, 25, was previously in negotiations to originate the part in the revival alongside Alan Cumming, but she had to leave the project due to scheduling conflicts. The role eventually went to Michelle Williams, who will play her final performance on November 9.

If Stone is included in the cast, it will only be for a two months the show extends. It is currently set to wrap up on January 4, 2015.
