Nicki Minaj Wins Wig Lawsuit

Nicki Minaj has won the lawsuit brought by her former hair stylist, who accused her of stealing his wig designs and cheated him out of millions.  







Just in case you have missed it, Terrence Davidson stated he was responsible for the multi-colored wigs that helped Minaj, 31, break out in 2010 and that they had planned on entering into a business partnership for her signature hairpieces.

Davidson demanded a minimum of $30 million in damages, pointing out that Minaj backed out of their plans and instead now markets his wig designs on her official website, but without his involvement.




Minaj claimed that only filed the lawsuit out of anger "because he lost his most famous client".

Finally, the judge sided with the rapper, saying there is nothing unique about colored wigs and everyone has the right to make them.

The judge also declared the plan Davidson supposedly had with Nicki was too vague for him to grant damages.




Minaj ended her collaboration with Davidson last year due to "creative differences".
