Bobby Brown And Pat Houston Appointed As Co-Guardians Of Ailing Bobbi Kristina

Bobby Brown and Pat Houston have both been legally appointed co-guardianship of Bobbi Kristina Brown

On Thursday, Brown and Houston appeared in DeKalb County Courthouse in Georgia to hear the judge's decision. Their respective lawyers said in an official statement: "We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown ("Krissi")," noting: "Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi's care and medical needs."

"Both parties are delighted with the court's decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care. We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter," the statement added.

Attorney Bedelia Hargrove was assigned as the conservator of Bobbi Kristina, and "is responsible for Krissi's assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims."

Just in case you have missed it, Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in a filled bathtub her home in Roswell, Georgia, on January 31. The troubled daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston spent two months at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, before being transferred to an Atlanta-area rehabilitation center. She is still on life support, but is said to be breathing on her own.
