Shia LaBeouf "Just Do It" Motivational Speech (VIDEO)

Shia LaBeouf gave a motivational speech and posted a new 30-minute video that just hit the web. 





The clip was created by LaBeouf, 28, and a bunch of London students as part of the #Introductions video project.

During the video, the actor begins shouting "just do it" loudly.

"Don't let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday you said tomorrow, so just do it. Make your dreams come true, just do it!" Shia says.



The entire footage was filmed in front of a green screen.
