Tiffani Amber Thiessen welcomed her second child, a boy named Holt, with husband Brady Smith on Wednesday. 

Thiessen, 41, announced the happy news on her Instagram account, along with the baby's first picture with his sister Harper, 5.

"Yesterday Harper got a little brother! We are so excited to introduce Holt Fisher Smith. Our perfect sweet little man. #weareblessed #familyoffour," the actress captioned the image.
