Justin Bieber Enlists Hilary Duff And More Celebrities For "What Do You Mean" Promo (PHOTOS)

Justin Bieber has been promoting his latest single "What Do You Mean?" by enlisting several of his famous friends to create signs on Instagram. 





Bieber, 21, took to his Instagram account to thank Duff, 27, and wrote along with a picture of the former "Lizzie McGuire" star: "Thanks @hilaryduff. #12Days #whatdoyoumean?"

In case you have missed it, the pop icon also enlisted Alanis Morissette, Austin Mahone, Kylie Jenner, Tony Hawk,  Ed Sheeran, Christina Perri and others to help promote his upcoming single.
