Sophia Loren On Defeating Age

Legendary Italian actress Sophia Loren celebrated her 79th birthday on Friday along with a number of other popular people including actor Gary Cole, 57, and bassist Ben Shepherd, 45, from Soundgarden.


Many people wondered over the years what is Loren's secret to defeating age.

Loren revealed her secret to remaining youthful, claiming: "There IS a Fountain of Youth. It is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of the people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age."
