"Addams Family" Star Ken Weatherwax Dead At 59

Ken Weatherwax, best known for having played Pugsley Addams on the original "The Addams Family" television series and "Halloween with the New Addams Family", died of a heart attack on Sunday in his California home. He was 59.


Weatherwax starred alongside Ted Cassidy, John Astin, Lisa Loring, Carolyn Jones and Jackie Coogan on the spooky series. The child actor worked behind the camera as a movie studio grip and set builder after his acting career ended. He also made appearances at Addams Family-related events.

According to celebrity website TMZ, Weatherwax's family will hold two funerals for him, one for his loved ones and a second for his fans.
