Justin Bieber Mourns Death Of Young Fan Jake Schafer (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber is mourning the death of a young Canadian fan, Jake Schafer, who has passed away from neuroblastoma.  





"Heard little Jake is up in heaven," Bieber, 19, wrote late on Monday, adding: "The world lost a great kid but I'm grateful I got to meet him. RIP Jake."

Justin included a video of him and Jake playing hockey together after meeting in 2011 as part of his wish through the Children's Wish Foundation.

Schafer died in August, three years of being diagnosed with his disease.
