Miley Cyrus Rocks Shirt Dress With A Message to "Daily Front Row" Fashion Awards

Miley Cyrus and her designer friend Jeremy Scott attended "The Daily Front Row" Fashion Los Angeles Awards Show, which took place at Sunset Tower on Thursday night in West Hollywood, California.  





Cyrus, 22, wore a shirt dress that read: "I Had Nothing to Wear So I Put On This Moschino Dress."

Scott wrote on his twitter account: "SO HUMBLED TO BE BE NAMED DESIGNER OF THE YEAR THANK YOU @DailyFrontRow FOR THIS HONOR!"
