Lisa Hartman Black Plastic Surgery

American actress and singer Lisa Hartman Black - best known for starring in the short-lived "Bewitched" spin-off, "Tabitha" and the primetime soap "Knots Landing" - has had plastic surgery to improve her appearance. 
 





Hartman Black, now 58, got a nose job in the late 70's right after she played in "Tabitha".

Many celebrity watchers and fans believe that she looked better before the procedure.

Lisa's original nose appears on the cover of her first album, which was released in 1976 by Kirshner Records.
