Britney Spears Receives First Radio Disney Music "Icon" Award
Britney Spears was honored at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards!
Spears, 35, became the first ever recipient of the Icon Award at the ceremony, which took place on Saturday at Microsoft Theater in LA.
"Having just celebrated 20 years of Radio Disney in 2016, we are excited to introduce the RDMA Icon Award as a special recognition of an artist whose music has been loved and adored by generations of Radio Disney fans," Radio Disney Network's general manager Phil Guerini stated.
Kelsea Ballerini and co-host Sofia Carson joined Hailee Steinfeld and Britney's sister Jamie Lynn in presenting the Princess of Pop with the award.
Ballerini, Carson and Steinfeld also hit the stage to sing Britney's big hits "Oops...I did it again", "Til the world ends", "Baby one more time" and "Circus".
