Lady Gaga copied work of Rebecca Fancescatti?
It is reported on the Daily Mail that Lady Gaga's song "Judas" is a rip-off according to Rebecca Fancescatti. Personally I haven't heard her before! She is better well known as Rebecca F. Still unknown to me! This lady claims that she wrote the song "Juda" back in 1999 and Gaga's song is a blatant copy. Rebecca has filed a lawsuit against Gaga and is demanding an "unspecified" amount in damages.
Rebecca’s lawyer, Chris Niro, says his client, “is seeking recognition for what she created.” Apparently, there may be some truth to the story. Rebecca’s former bass player, Brian Gaynor, just so happens to work for the same company that helped write 17 of Gaga’s songs.
Niro explains the grounds of the lawsuit, “Though the songs are different styles, the composition is the same, and the chorus is the same melody.” Could it just be a coincidence or did somebody steal this poor woman’s song?
The odd, possibly planned part of the whole sordid story is the fact Gaynor had nothing to do with the production of Gaga’s Judas.
However, Rebecca is not buying the smoke screen. She says back in 2010, Lady Gaga had Gaynor personally delivered to her in Paris to help her put together her new, “Born This Way” album. Rebecca says the similar songs are “too prevalent…to be an independent creation.”

Her lawyer has sought out the opinion of experts to determine if his client has a case of wishful thinking or if there is some truth to her suspicions. Niro explains, “We’ve spoken to musicologists and other experts who examined the melody and tonal structure not only with the chorus line but throughout [and came to that conclusion].”
Rebecca had taken her version of her 1999 song to Gaynor in 2005 to have it remixed and put on iTunes, where it is still available. She is convinced Gaynor is involved in the rip-off. Untrained ears, like most of us have, will not notice the similarities.
Niro has an explanation, “A lot of people say that the songs might not sound the same at first blush, but when you look at the music and composition, it’s otherwise".

So, I did a small research about Rebecca F in order to be fair and objective...I found her song "Juda". In my opinion it is horrible! There is no a single similarity with Gaga's song "Judas".
Actually, it is very ridiculous and offensive to compare this awful song with Gaga's. Obviously, this lady tries to get recognition and popularity using the name of the most best selling artist in the history of Pop Music. You can watch by yourselves by clicking this link :
