It is hard to beleive that Miley Cyrus had a seriously close encounter with an 82-year-old stripper!

To be more specific, The T&A nightmare went down at the Beacher's Madhouse theater in Hollywood, where Miley was standing front row when an octogenarian stripper hit the stage!

Needless to say that the 82-year-old stripper is the world's oldest female stripper and worked the crowd, including Miley, into a frenzy.

It appears Miley has grown up so fast!
