Justin Bieber Arresting Officer Discusses Miami Incident On "SNL" (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber's bust in Miami was not shockingly mocked on "Saturday Night Live."

In addition to jokes on "Weekend Update" about Bieber's arrest, Frank Medina (Kenan Thompson), the cop who "arrested" him, discussed the incident.

He claimed Bieber was "mad" and kept on dropping the F-bomb, comparing it to being "barked at by a puppy who smells like Smirnoff Ice."
