Justin Bieber Pleads Not Guilty To DUI
Justin Bieber is pleading not guilty to the DUI and related charges against him after his bust in Miami last week.
Bieber, 19, will fight the counts of resisting arrest, driving with an expired license and driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
On Wednesday, Bieber's attorney Mark Shapiro entered a written "not guilty" plea ahead of the scheduled February 14 arraignment.
The court date will still take place, although Bieber is not required to be present.
It's possible that other charges could be added before February 14.
In the days since Justin's bust, questions have been emerged about the initial police report (which claims Bieber smelled of booze and was speeding in a residential area).
Just in the rare case you have missed it, Justin Bieber was arrested around 4 a.m. on January 23 after leaving a Miami Beach club for alleged DUI and drag racing. Police officers state Bieber admitted to having beer, weed and prescription drugs in his system.
