Robert Pattinson Sells Mansion (PHOTOS)

Robert Pattinson has sold his Los Feliz property to Jim Parsons.


According to real estate site Trulia, the $6.375 million deal was finalized on Tuesday.

Pattinson, 27, bought the Spanish-style house, built in 1922, back in September 2011 for $6.275 million.

Pattinson put it for sale in October 2013.

The mansion features 3.5 bathrooms, three bedrooms, a lagoon pool and gardens on a 1.5-acre terraced site.

Basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar once owned the home.
