Apollo Nida Of "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" Sentenced To 8 Years In Prison For Bank Fraud

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Apollo Nida has been sentenced to eight years in prison for bank fraud.


The husband of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks, Nida, 35, pleaded guilty to multiple charges after it was found out that he was involved in a wild scheme involving bogus companies, fake bank accounts and stolen retirement checks.

On Tuesday, Nida was sentenced to eight years in jail.

Nida had faced up to 30 years for his crimes, but collaborated with federal investigators and saw his punishment diminished.

Nida and Parks have two kids under the age of 4, sons Dylan and Ayden.
