After going through a hard time in 2018, Demi Lovato is approaching the New Year with more confidence and positivity.

Lovato, 26, said a huge "NO" to the viral obsession of sharing side-by-side photos of herself online and instead of taking part in the movement, she took to her Instagram stories to write: "Sorry, I'd love to post a #10yearchallenge pic but I'm too busy living in the moment."
