Anderson Cooper Jewish ?
Just in case you wonder if Anderson Cooper is Jewish, the truth is that Cooper (full name: Anderson Hays Cooper) is not Jewish or partially Jewish.
To be more specific, Cooper was born on June 3, 1967 in New York City, the younger son of the writer Wyatt Emory Cooper and the American artist, author, actress, heiress, designer and socialite Gloria Vanderbilt, 89, who was christened in the Episcopal church as Gloria Laura Vanderbilt (and after her father's death, confirmed in the Catholic Church, to which her mother belonged).
It has to be mentioned that Cooper's mother is the granddaughter of Cornelius Vanderbilt II of the prominent Vanderbilt Family of New York. Cooper is of mostly English, Irish, Dutch and Spanish ancestry.
Conclusion: Anderson Cooper is not Jewish but Episcopalian. He does not really practice religion though.
