Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Split Rumors

It appears that following days of split speculation there is a huge tension between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth.


"Miley is still upset with Liam," a source told PEOPLE on Friday after Cyrus stepped out without her engagement ring. "She took the ring off to make him mad."

"It doesn't mean that they have split. Miley says they are still together," the source revealed.




"Liam did fly home (to Australia on March 1) so they could have a break," the source explained, adding that Liam has been spending time with his brother Chris, with whom he is very close.

On the other hand, Cyrus is hanging in L.A. and was pictured on Thursday night with longtime friend, Paul Khoury.








It has to be mentioned that problems between Cyrus and Hemsworth became clear at the end of February, when rumors flew that Hemsworth, 23, was overly friendly with January Jones at a party and then spotted sharing a ride.

An insider insisted that the two have been longtime pals: "(They) used to go clubbing together in L.A. They have been friends for a while," the insider was quoted as saying.

But Miley was "upset and angry about the cheating rumors," according to the source. 

"Miley is crazy about Liam, but sometimes doesn't treat him great," the source pointed at the time. "She likes things her way and tends to play games. Liam is also a strong person and that's why they often butt heads." 

It seems that there is no peace between this couple... What do you think?
