For the second year running "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara nabbed the top spot as the reigning queen on television according to the Forbes list.


Thanks to her bilingual portfolio, Vergara's earnings over the past year reached $30 million - making her by a lonshot the highest-paid actress on prime time.
