Kelly Osbourne And Fiancé Matthew Mosshart Split

According to Kelly Osbourne's rep, Osbourne and fiancé Matthew Mosshart "have decided to end their engagement".
"The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another," the publicist said in a statement.

Osbourne's spokesperson added: "Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings."

The pair, who met in 2011, had announced their engagement in July.



The two last stepped out together at the Los Angeles amfAR Inspiration Gala in early December.


Osbourne's separation was first reported by Us Weekly.
