Shakira Walks Red Carpet Before Her Big Performance At the Billboard Music Awards 2014 (PHOTOS)

Shakira impressed the crowd as she arrived appearing absolutely stunning at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards.  




Shakira, 37, is scheduled to perform tonight at the big music event.
