Solange "Tweet" About Jay Z Attack Fake

A tweet deliberately sent by Solange Knowles about her bizarre elevator attack on brother-in-law Jay Z is fabricated.  

The bogus twitter message causing a stir on the web was sent on Monday and slams Jay Z for hitting Beyonce.

It reads: "He tried the right one. I keep telling yall that n*gga ain't bout that life. U hit my sis I hit u hoe. Talk what you know! Y'all don't know sh*t."




A series of outlets shared the tweet as an "explanation" for the elevator incident.

The tweet is absolutely fake as it is photoshopped.

A spokesperson for Solange revealed to celebrity website TMZ: "I can confirm that Solange did not tweet that; that is not a real tweet."

It is unclear what provoked the beatdown.
