Justin Bieber Charged With Misdemeanor Vandalism For Egging
Justin Bieber has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism for allegedly tossing eggs at his neighbor's property back in January.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office decided on Wednesday after months of debate over whether to pursue a misdemeanor or felony charge in the case.
Bieber, 20, will be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court, but likely will not be present.
Surveillance footage, as well as video shot by the alleged egging victim, seems to put the pop star at the crime scene in Calabasas.
Bieber's reps have not said anything yet about the announcement by the prosecutor, although his lawyer previously described the incident as "a silly prank."
Justin has since left from the neighborhood, selling the home to Khloe Kardashian.
