Mariah Carey Bans Nick Cannon From Discussing Divorce

According to several reports, Mariah Carey has demanded from husband Nick Cannon not to discuss their alleged pending divorce.


Celebrity website TMZ has reported that the divorce is a "done deal" and the two have worked out a confidentiality agreement whereby Cannon, 33, is ordered not to talk about the separation.

Carey, 45, reportedly has the right to break the official news of the divorce when she wants to.





In case you have missed it, Cannon confirmed on Thursday that the pair had been living apart, although he made no reference to any legal split.

According to TMZ, everything from child custody to the division of property has already been hammered out by lawyers for the two sides, although it's unknown when a divorce filing will actually take place.
