"Seinfeld" Heads To Hulu In $180 Million Syndication Deal
"Seinfeld" is set to be heading to Hulu really soon in an outstanding deal!
According to several reports, the streaming service is expected to pay $180 million for the full show in the first SVOD (subscription video on demand) deal for the series. This works out to $1 million an episode as there were 180 episodes across nine seasons.
The deal will be revealed at Hulu's upfront presentation this Wednesday.
Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander and Michael Richards are starring in the iconic TV show.
"Seinfeld" is one of the most successful television series of all time and the show finale in 1998 was watched by over 76 million people.
