Rumer Willis Wears Tiny Patriotic Bikini For Independence Day (PHOTOS)

Rumer Willis celebrated the Fourth of July at Encore Beach Club at Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas. 


Willis, 26, was joined by the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Khloe Kardashian.

The "Dancing With the Stars" champion took to social media to post numerous photos of herself on her Instagram account.

"Happy Birthday 🇺🇸 @encorebeachclub w/ @stylememaeve," Rumer captioned one image and shared on another: "Every time I step into the building….🙌"
