Julianne And Derek Hough Perform With Sia On "Dancing With The Stars" Finale (VIDEO)

Julianne Hough and her brother Derek performed a dance together on the season finale of "Dancing With the Stars" on Tuesday as Sia sang her big hit "Elastic Heart". 










The Houghs were joined on stage by a young dancing duo.

Julianne, 26, and Derek, 30, have been appearing on the TV series for many years.


The emotional routine was choreographed by Derek.

It has to be mentioned that this is the second week in a row that Julianne performs on the dance competition show.
