Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti are taking a divorce after more than a decade of marriage!

"We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed," Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, revealed to PEOPLE exclusively in a statement on Tuesday. 

After being engaged for about two years, Judd and Franchitti got married in a highly private ceremony in Scotland in 2001.




Judd's sister, Wynonna Judd, served as maid of honor, while the groom's brother Mario was the best man.
